Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Coverage
• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all governorates across Egypt.
• International Shipping: International shipping availability will be announced soon.


Estimated Delivery Time (Within Egypt)

Delivery times may vary based on location and courier capacity:
• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
• Alexandria: 2–4 business days
• Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.


Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
• Any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.


Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available for eligible locations within Egypt.
• Customers are requested to provide accurate contact details to ensure successful delivery.
• In case of order refusal without valid reason, Jazlyn reserves the right to restrict future COD orders.


Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp.
• You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s tracking system.


Delays & Force Majeure

While we partner with trusted third-party courier companies, delivery delays may occur due to:
• Public holidays
• Weather conditions
• Security or governmental restrictions
• Courier operational delays

Jazlyn is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, but we will always assist in tracking and resolving issues.


Lost or Damaged Shipments
• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
• Jazlyn will coordinate with the courier to investigate and provide a suitable solution.
